How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends upon which product you order:

Art Prints will ship from our studio within 2 days of receiving your order. (Contact us if a you have a rush order and we will make it happen!)

Invitations and Business Products: After your final proof approval, about 7 days for production, then your items
will ship USPS ground. (Contact us if you have a rush order)

PLEASE NOTE: Any mounted design will take approximately 3 weeks after approval for production due to the hand crafting nature of our process.

*NEW* Printable DIY Invites: We will contact you within 2 business days to get your info. Once we have what we need, you will receive your proof within 2 business days.


Will you be using my custom invitations/business products on your website/social media?

As long as you are okay with it!  We would never release an invitation before the event date, that just wouldn't be right! But we do love sharing our designs (especially newer ones we haven't gotten to show off as much yet!) so, yes, you will probably see them posted on our sites.  As for business cards, logos, letterheads, we reserve the right to release photos and images of them (plus we will tag you, so that is some free advertising!)

*However, if you are not comfortable with us sharing anything we have designed for you that includes
your personal information (names, wedding date, venue location, business information, etc) please email us asap to let us know and we will honor that. We never want anyone to feel violated or uncomfortable, that is never our intention. We are just proud of our work!


How should I open my proof file?
 

You will receive an email from us (helpdesk@phoeniximpressions.com) containing a proof of your order before we start production. Make sure you open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.get.adobe.com/reader/) for the most accurate depiction of your final product (if you open in another program the colors could be skewed, etc) you can also download the program in the app store for your mobile device.

*Keep in mind that color may vary slightly depending upon your monitor settings. If you need any assistance, please let us know.

How do I approve my proof?

If you have to make any changes, just respond to our email and let us know.  If you are certain that everything is as it
should be, simply respond letting us know you approve and let us do the rest!

How can I leave you a review?

We are on The Knot, Facebook, Instagram, Big Cartel, Pinterest, and our blog, so please go forth and share your experience with us! Pin, like, share, heart, star, etc to let us know how we are doing. We also have a form that we send out from time to time for clients to fill out with their reviews of their experience with us, to post on our site, so if you didn't get one, ask!

Do you offer exchanges/returns/refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we can not accept returns/offer refunds. We do our absolute best to ensure there are no errors, but are not responsible for any mistakes once you approve the proof. This is why it is SUPER important that you take the time to make sure the spelling of your names, the dates, the venue, etc., are just as you want them. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not happy with your order and we will do everything in our power to rectify any issues and make you happy.
